Livelihoods counselor



  •  Monitoring self-reliance of grants provided to refugees;
  •  Consultation of clients on employment issues;
  •  Cooperation with employment centers (for obtaining refugee status, obtaining qualification / retraining, searching a job, etc.)
  •  Search for variable opportunities for refugees to obtain a working specialty / retraining;
  •  Organization and conducting of trainings and seminars for the of vocational guidance and the formation of job search skills;
  •  Formation of a database of employers, informing employers on the rights of refugees, including on employment;
  •  Monitors the labor market and analyzes job vacancies for the purpose of employing refugees; Cooperation / coordination with partner organizations;
  • Accompaniment of refugees to government agencies / employers;
  • Preparing narrative reports, reflecting progress and status of the projects


Required Qualifications and Experience


  • University degree in HR, social, pedagogical, psychological sciences (Bachelor / Master);



  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR / implementing social programs;
  • Experience in volunteer activities in the social sphere highly desirable (with children, with people who are in difficult life circumstances);
  • Willingness to follow donor compliance requirements;
  • Experience in performing business strategies in English;
  • Good knowledge of legislation on health protection and social policy;
  • Experience using computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Experience in handling of web-based management is highly desirable;



Fluency in English and Ukrainian;
