How to get assistance?
To apply for help, call the Fund’s hotline number in your area. We capture a request for assistance, process it and try to provide professional support as quickly as possible to people affected by a full-scale intrusion.
Who can get help in Kyiv?
Humanitarian aid consisting of basic necessities in Kyiv can be received by those who:
- has an IDP certificate (issued in Kyiv, in the period of 2022-2023);
- is 60 years old or older;
- is a foster family;
- is a single mother or single father;
- has a group I, II, III disability;
- is a large family.
In which regions does the Charitable Foundation Rokada operate?
Do you provide charitable assistance?
Yes, the Foundation provides one-time charitable assistance in the form of non-food essentials to vulnerable categories of internally displaced persons, newly evacuated individuals, as well as to the population affected by the war.
Do you provide assistance to other funds?
We provide consultation services. If we do provide charitable assistance, it is typically done through partnerships with other funds.
Do I need to pay for assistance?
No payment is required. No services in exchange. No fundraising. All services provided by the Fund are free. All humanitarian assistance is provided free of charge.
Does Rokada provide financial assistance?
No. Currently, the Charity Organization “Charitable Foundation Rokada” does not provide any financial assistance to Ukrainian citizens!
