Veteran Reintegration through Employment, Capacity Building and Advocacy in Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk Regions
As part of the project, we analyzed three components of the veteran reintegration system: the work of veteran-focused organizations, employers’ readiness to hire veterans, and the needs of support specialists. The materials cover professional adaptation, workplace support, interagency cooperation, partnership development, and the capacity of those who work directly with veterans and their families.
The findings help identify practical ways to strengthen the support system. These range from closer cooperation between civil society, business and specialists to better approaches to employment, case management and the professional reintegration of veterans.
