The Rokada team continues to set up Resilience Centres in Ivano-Frankivsk region. The first one this year has opened in Kosiv. It was created as part of a pilot project on building the population’s resilience, together with the city council and with the support of UNHCR Ukraine – the UN Refugee Agency in Ukraine.

The space has been set up in a shelter. Both adults and children will be able to receive psychological help and social support here.
“This is our contribution to the mental health of Kosiv residents and people who have settled in the town to escape constant shelling. Our specialists – psychologists and social workers – are already working at the Resilience Centre. Here people can receive individual and group psychological consultations, and there will be art therapy and fairy-tale therapy sessions and various trainings. The Rokada team will also help internally displaced Ukrainians apply for payments and access public services,” notes Sviatoslav Lakhotskyi, coordinator of the regional office.
Earlier, Rokada set up Resilience Centres in the town of Bohorodchany and the cities of Kolomyia and Burshtyn.
