Test: «Am I Safe?»

This test is not a clinical diagnosis, but it helps to assess your situation objectively and identify warning signs (so-called “red flags”) that are often overlooked or rationalized.

Please read the following statements and answer honestly with “yes, this applies to me” or “this happens often.” Your answers are confidential and intended solely for your own analysis.

RESULTS: Marking even a single item with “yes, this applies to me” indicates that the safety balance in your relationship has been disrupted. Violence does not strictly mean physical bruises—it is a system of control that deprives you of your agency.

State Classification:

  • Yellow Zone (1-2 signs): Initial displays of control. It is important to set firm boundaries now, before this becomes the norm.
  • Orange Zone (3-5 signs): You are in a toxic environment. The pressure is becoming systematic. You need professional support (from a psychologist or a lawyer).
  • Red Zone (6+ signs or presence of threats): Your life or health is at risk. The situation is unlikely to improve on its own. It is time to act according to a safety plan.
